Jasan Fitzpatrick

Jasan is a member of the LGC leadership team and is responsible for leading LGC’s strategic M&A transactions.  He was previously responsible for leading the Principal Investing (PI) strategy which includes Venture Capital, SME Finance and LGC’s rental housing businesses.  Jasan joined LGC as General Counsel from CALA Group where he was General Counsel & Group Company Secretary. Before joining CALA Group, Jasan was General Counsel and Company Secretary at Premium Credit Limited (PCL), a finance business owned by the private equity house Cinven. Prior to his time at PCL, Jasan was General Counsel and Company Secretary at Northern Rock plc where he lead the restructuring and sale of the bank post the financial crisis.
